John attended auction school in Kansas City, Missouri in 1974 and after graduating high school in 1975, started his own auction business known as Temme and Temme auctioneers. John and Cindy were married in 1976 and auctioneering has always been a big part of their lives. For the last 41 years, they have conducted farm machinery, household, antique, coin, and classic car auctions with hundreds of satisfied customers. John has been selling and conducting real estate sales since 1982. He is now a real estate broker and owner and president of John Temme Auction and Reality Inc. Cindy is Vice President and Office Manager. We hope to see you at the next auction.

Jonathan Temme of Petersburg has recently earned his real estate license and joined John Temme Auction and Realty of Petersburg, NE as its newest real estate sales associate.

Jonathan grew up in the auction business and has been helping his parents, John and Cindy Temme, with all types of auction since he was in grade school. For the past 22 years, he has also served as a contract auctioneer at auto auctions in several states. He and his wife, Angela, live on the family farm east of Petersburg with their two children, Vera and Vance.

Ron has worked as clerk for our Auction company for the past 25 years, and now looks forward to working with us on the real estate side. Ron has been a farmer for 40 years, residing the last 35 years, west of Petersburg where with his wife Zondee they raised their 2 children, Roxanne and Robert. Believing strongly in a sense of community, Ron has served on many boards and committees. He served 15 years on the Boone County Health Center Board of Trustees, 20+ years on the Petersburg Rural Fire District Board, and 6 years on the Boone County Ag Society “Fair board”. He has served on his church council and is currently serving on the Albion Education Foundation Board, and a 3rd term on the Boone County FSA Committee.
